At BENYE'S your satisfaction is what we strive for. Customers are pleased with their product and the speed and quality of service. Also remember our job does not end when you submit your order. We know that each client's needs are different, so we are prepared to deal with problems that arise.

NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS. We accept exchanges for the following reasons:

 1. Shipping errors
 2. Dissatisfaction

In order to exchange your products, send an e-mail to Include the following information:

• Your full name and the date the order was placed and received 
• A list of the product(s) to be exchanged or refunded 
• The reason for the return of the products

Then we will reply and instruct you where to return your item. You must contact us before returning any items in order to receive a replacement.

You must return your items new and unused condition within 7 days of receipt for exchange, and with all tags attached. You must send your returned package at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for a replacement to be issued. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We provide free shipping to you.
